Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms apply to everything you buy from The Wifi Freelancer at thewififreelancer.com. By buying, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything's unclear, email support@thewififreelancer.com.

1. Who we are

The Wifi Freelancer is operated by Aryan Mohanty, trading as The Wifi Freelancer, ABN 76 167 205 124, based in Western Australia, Australia.

"We," "us" and "our" mean Aryan Mohanty. "You" means the person buying.

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

2. What you're buying

We sell digital products and services for freelancers, including:

What's included in each product is described on the page you bought it from. We may improve, update or reorganise digital products after you buy them. You'll keep access to the version you bought, and usually to updates as well.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include any taxes we're required to charge.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices can change, but a change never affects something you've already paid for.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, by link on the confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive access within an hour, check your spam folder, then email support@thewififreelancer.com and we'll sort it out.

The Offer Audit is delivered as a recorded video within two working days of you submitting your completed worksheet.

The Fast Track Session is scheduled with you directly after purchase.

5. Your licence to use the products

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own freelance business.

You can:

You can't:

The products remain our intellectual property. Breaking these rules ends your licence and we may take action to protect our work.

6. Results and earnings disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

Any results described on our website, in our products or in our ads, including earnings, client values and timeframes, are examples of what specific people achieved. They are not typical and not a promise of what you will achieve.

Your results depend on factors we don't control, including your skills, experience, the market you work in, the effort you put in, and how consistently you apply what you learn. Many people who buy information products get little or no result from them.

We don't guarantee that you'll get clients, earn any particular amount, or earn anything at all.

The people referred to as examples of the method working in different industries worked it out independently. We did not coach them, and their results are theirs, not a result of buying our products.

7. Not professional advice

Our products are general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or business advice for your specific situation.

This applies in particular to the contract, proposal and invoice templates. They're a practical starting point, not a substitute for a qualified professional. Before relying on any contract, have someone qualified in your country review it.

8. The Offer Audit

To receive your audit, you need to submit a completed Offer Worksheet. The two-working-day delivery period starts when we receive it.

The audit is our honest opinion on your offer, positioning and pricing. It's feedback, not a guarantee of any outcome.

9. The Fast Track Session

After buying, you'll book a time with us.

Rescheduling: you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, and we'll find you a new time.

Missed sessions: if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don't attend, the session is treated as delivered and can't be rebooked.

If a session is recorded, we'll send you the recording afterwards and won't share it with anyone else.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under that law, or under any consumer protection law that applies to you where you live.

12. Limiting our liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to Section 11:

Where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability in this way, these limits don't apply to you.

13. Using our website

Please don't try to break, copy, scrape or misuse the website, attempt to access anything you haven't paid for, or use it for anything unlawful.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. We'll update the date at the top whenever anything changes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. If you're a consumer in another country, you also keep any protections the laws of your own country give you.
