4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

We're based in Australia and operate from Thailand, and several of the services above are based in the United States. Your information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in.
Where we transfer information from the UK or EU, we rely on the safeguards those services provide, such as standard contractual clauses.

- Purchase and tax records: for as long as Australian tax law requires, currently up to seven years
- Email list information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Offer Audit submissions: for 12 months after we deliver your audit, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them
- Fast Track recordings, if made: for 12 months, then deleted
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools to make the website work and to understand how our ads perform.
Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working. They can't be switched off.
Advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, help us see which ads lead to purchases and show relevant ads to people who've visited. Where the law requires it, we only use these with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
8. Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of it. We'll still send you essential emails about things you've bought, like receipts and access links.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Ask for your information in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email support@thewififreelancer.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to:
- Australia: Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, oaic.gov.au
- UK: Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk
- EU: your local data protection authority
We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
10. Children
Our products are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
We use reputable services with strong security, and we limit who can access your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll tell you by email.
