Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
The short version
Digital products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not useful, email us and we'll refund you. No form, no survey, no questions.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other consumer law that applies to you. It doesn't replace them.
Digital products
This covers:
- The 28 Follower Client Method and all its included bonuses
- The $20 Client Engine (or any renamed add-on)
- Any other digital product we sell
How to claim: email support@thewififreelancer.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, and say you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next: we'll process your refund within 5 working days. It goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 working days to appear.
When you're refunded, your access ends, and your licence to use the product ends with it.
The Offer Audit
- Before we start your audit: full refund on request.
- After your audit video has been delivered: the service has been provided, so the 30-day guarantee doesn't apply. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still do. If the audit wasn't delivered with due care and skill, or wasn't what we described, contact us and we'll put it right.
The Fast Track Session
- Before your session: full refund on request.
- After your session has taken place: the service has been provided, so the 30-day guarantee doesn't apply. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still do.
- Missed sessions are covered in our Terms of Service.
Abuse of the guarantee
The guarantee is there for people who genuinely didn't find the product useful. We may decline refund requests where someone has clearly bought only to download and refund, has requested refunds on multiple purchases, or has shared or resold the product. This never affects your rights under consumer law.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll almost always refund faster than a chargeback takes, and it saves us both the paperwork.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you're entitled to cancel your service contract and get a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You're also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure doesn't amount to a major failure, you're entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time, and if that isn't done, to cancel and get a refund for the unused portion.
